We need to have commercial waterproofing done.

Our condo association needs to find a company that can put waterproof coatings or sealants on the roof of our building. Our building is forty years old and has a concrete roof. Then tenants on the top floor feel we should find someone who does commercial waterproofing to put waterproof sealants on the roof. The building next to us has had some problems with leaking and our tenants are now nervous because we don't have waterproof coatings on our roof. The building next to us had a small privately owned company do their roof and still had leaking. That’s why we feel it’s important for us to hire a commercial waterproofing company to do our waterproof coatings and waterproof sealants.
