Services Performed:
Stone lentil replacement, 10’ slate step replacement, stone pointing, parapet replacement, powerwashing, removal of stone chimney stack. Waterproofing of all masonry elements, stucco water repellent elements.

Challenge:
To restore the masonry exterior of four historic buildings to their original state.

Solution:
Rebuilt multiple old brick parapet walls (that had no steel supports) to the original style using new brick reinforced with steel rebar. Did an extensive search to match the original limestone to its replacement with the color and texture of the original stone.
