John Glynn, President

John Glynn oversees all facets of operations, project planning and customer service. John has over 27 years experience in the exterior restoration & renovation industries. During that time he has overseen projects ranging from several million dollars to small repairs of a few hundred dollars with the number one priority of satisfying the customer.

He is an expert in stucco systems, simulated stone & brick masonry systems with vast knowledge in exterior restoration & waterproofing processes. He is adept in executing projects specified by architects, engineers, developers, owners and general contractors. He prides himself on being a high integrity, fair minded individual who works closely with professional and lay people alike to secure the best possible results on each project. He believes in "staying the course" no matter how daunting the challenges become and keeping the lines of communication open between all parties involved, until mutually satisfactory solutions are found to the toughest problems.

John and the company are associate members of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA); Institute for Real Estate Managers (IREM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI).

John earned a BS Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University College of Dublin.

David Saias, Executive Vice President

David Saias oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, client services and administration. A hands-on leader and business manager, David brings to Gotham extensive experience building and leading sales and marketing organizations in both public and private organizations. David has held General Management and Vice President positions in Hewlett-Packard, Register.com, Dazel Corp and Intergraph Corp. In each of these organizations he has dramatically increased revenues and profitability over a sustained period of time.

David’s client relationship management philosophy is to deliver exceptional customer service with realistic goals. Projects of any size and complexity have a much higher chance of exceeding expectations when open and continual communications take place.

David and the company are members of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), IREM (Institute for Real Estate Managers), NYARM (New York Association of Real Estate Managers) and CAI (Community Associations Institute).

David earned a BS degree in Marketing from Manhattan College.

Kyle Stewart, Chief Estimator

As Chief Estimator and Project Manager for Gotham Waterproofing and Restoration, Kyle is responsible for estimating all of our larger projects. Kyle also oversees many of our key projects in the tri-state area. He has worked for over 17 years in the construction industry in New York City and has an extensive background in interior and exterior renovation projects. Kyle has worked as the project manager for Habitat for Humanity where he completed gut rehab projects which at the time were the largest Habitat projects completed in the United States. He has served on a number of housing organization boards and committees including the Citywide Housing Task Force for In Rem Properties, a policy board advising the City of New York on the use of “in rem” housing units and the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development (ANHD) as well as Community Board #4 covering the Chelsea and Clinton Neighborhoods of Manhattan. In the Clinton neighborhood he helped in the preservation and renovation of the existing housing stock for low and moderate income residents. He has completed over 400 renovation projects including roof replacements and exterior building envelope projects. Kyle’s attention to detail and pragmatic approach to estimating and completing jobs has been a great asset to our clients.

Kyle attended Syracuse University.

Oscar Gutierrez, Project Manager

As a project manager with Gotham Waterproofing and Restoration, Oscar Gutierrez is responsible for overseeing all projects, large and small. Oscar works closely with the property owner, engineers and architects to ensure all building and customer specifications are met during the restoration project. He has over 17 years experience in residential and 3 years in commercial restoration.

Over the last two years, he has managed and completed various projects each valued over $4 million. His goals for every project are: to provide exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, on time job completion and ensuring the project is completed on or under budget.

Oscar attended Pratt Institute and majored in architectural engineering. He also attended SUNY Farmingdale and majored in mechanical technology.

Andrew Schrob, Business Development, New York, Connecticut

As a Business Development Manager with Gotham Waterproofing and Restoration for the NY metro and Southern Connecticut areas; Andrew Schrob works with clients from project inception to completion to insure quality and attention to detail. Andrew’s business philosophy is to focus on developing strong long-term relationships with each client. He believes that the most effective way to accomplish this is by providing quality craftsmanship, timely completion of work, professionalism and competitive pricing.

Before working with Gotham, Andrew served in Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership roles for seven years in construction related fields. He brings a track record of continued success in meeting business and operational goals that make him a valuable asset.

Andrew earned a BS from West Virginia University and served as the Strength Conditioning Coach for the Mens Soccer and Womens Crew team. He also volunteered as a Special Olympics Basketball Coach and Fireman.

Glen Goldberger, Business Development Manager, NJ

As a business development manager with Gotham Waterproofing and Restoration for New Jersey, Glen Goldberger builds relationships. His meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of his client’s needs allow him to provide his customers with exceptional customer service along with informed guidance throughout all phases of a project.

With over 20 years of sales experience, 10 of those in the commercial and residential building and restoration industry, Glen finds that integrity is a key factor in a successful client/project development manager relationship.

Glen has a BA from Boston University.
